Returns Policy

Returning an Item:

If you aren’t satisfied with the size or quality of the items you receive, you can return the item to us or request an exchange.

You must initiate a Return Request within 30 days of the item’s arrival. You can do this by emailing us at returns@littlehappypeople.co.uk with “RETURN” somewhere in the email subject. Once you’ve emailed us, we will get back to you within 3-5 working days, providing you with all the steps you need to move forward with returning the item.

All return requests are subject to evaluation.

To ensure that your Return is valid and eligible for a refund:

  • Always process a return in accordance with our Return procedure
  • Be sure to provide the tracking number as soon as you ship your return
  • Items should be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered, and

Looking to Exchange?

To keep things simple, exchanges can only be made for products if they are the wrong size. Full refund will be given if the size you want isn’t available.

Should you wish to Exchange an item you’ve received, this can be arranged by simply following the same procedure.

Note:

Do note that Exchanges are an alternative resolution for Returns and are bound by the same guidelines and limitations.

We don’t offer Free Return Shipping nor do we provide refunds for any fees that may result from shipping a Return.

Don’t forget to check your email’s spam/junk folder for our reply, in case your email service provider has filtered our message incorrectly.
